Estimates

Will someone come to my home for my estimate? Not necessarily, most often, estimates can be provided just by providing PURECLEAN with your address. However, there are times that on-site estimate walk-throughs will be required.

What happens when a technician comes to my home for an estimate? A technician will arrive at your home at your scheduled appointment time to assess your windows and doors if applicable. The technician will walk the perimeter of your home and take notes (and photos as needed)  regarding the styles and quantities of windows that you would like cleaned. The technician might also request to walk the interior of your home if you are seeking indoor window cleaning. (Don’t worry, we will be sure to wear shoe covers!) 

What happens upon the completion of the assessment? The assessment process is finished at your home, but feel free to ask any questions before the technician leaves.

What impacts the cost of my estimate? Your estimate will be based on several factors including the number of windows/panes, the type of windows (e.g., storm, French style), number of stories of your home, other special circumstances (e.g., window cages, oxidation).
 

What happens after the technician leaves my home? The information collected during your walk through will be assessed and then a personalized quote will be compiled based on several different components.
     

When and how will I receive my estimate? Your estimate will be completed and sent to the email you have provided within 1-2 business days.
     

What should I do once I receive my estimate? Upon receiving your estimate, please respond to the estimate email, call or text to schedule your service! We look forward to working with you!
